The Commercial Housing Solutions division consists of a qualified team that specializes in maximizing employers’ efforts to recruit and retain a high caliber workforce. Partnering with a dedicated network of real estate professionals, Tony and Geoff design creative solutions for companies seeking to increase profitability and productivity

Tony envisioned Commercial Housing Solutions after recognizing that the unavailability of affordable housing was negatively impacting both employers and the current workforce. He is the author of Radical Housing Solutions, and he has created a replicable, yet incredibly client-specific, model for remedying the divide between income and affordable housing. Tony’s vast experience in commercial real estate, development, and housing offers a unique perspective to companies evaluating the cost-benefit analysis of providing employer subsidized housing to their employees. Tony is a broker and shareholder with NAI Earle Furman, and he founded the firm’s Multifamily Division which specializes in cultivating investor relationships throughout the country to leverage multi-million dollar transactions. For more information about Radical Housing Solutions, click here.
